PROJECT ONE
Conversion of a pottery factory shed into a tap house within the Folsom CA Historic District. Project is in Design Development Phase.
PROJECT TWO
Complete renovation and addition to an
existing single family residence in the Historic District of Sacramento.
The building was converted into a first floor
office for the Owner/Builder and a second
floor apartment.
PROJECT THREE
New Single Family Dwelling. Lot was owned by the Owners Daughter so the lot was divided and improved for a new residence.
The Owners desired a simple stone home similar to what was common in rural Tuscany.
